Andy here is my words on this kick. Step 2 will also help with you dizziness because you will only move your head once instead of letting it follow your body around in a circle.

Hope it helps!

I actually have some really good pointers for this kick. I will make a blog post this coming week for ya. It will help with your height problem and your dizziness.

As always, the way I think is anyone can learn the big picture for anything in Kuk Sool, but to make something work the little things are the most important. You will see.

2nd thought - do you remember the game we play by standing in Ki Mah Jah Se and jumping and turning 360 degrees to land back in the same Jah Se? Start by perfecting that. This will help with your balance and your landing. Once you have this skill, you can then start to add the kick from Kohng Kyuk Jah Se and Bahng Uh Jah Se.

Learn to walk before you fly!

oh yes, the jump spin kick, second only in difficulty to the low spin kick! My advice Andy - Watch the black belts do it. Then get someone to video yourself doing it. Compare the two and make adjustments. Failing that - practice one thousand times (on each side left and right) then you will get it. I too lack skill in this department but I try my best and am happy with the result. If you want to improve. Practice. Do you think we all got good at jump spinks over night or better still... Born being able to do them? No, of course not.
Patience young Jedi, Practice them you must.
