Just how unfit can one person be?
Just how unfit can one person be? I am trying to complete the exercises in class, but I feel like I am about to die. I’m not sure if I am pushing myself to hard, but how will I Know? I can just about manage 5 to 6 push-ups, only a few sit-ups and I’m left dripping with sweat. My huge stomach gets in the way when I try to reach my toes or any exercise that involves bending forward! I feel embarrassed that I am struggling so much.
