Is it possible I’ve been overtraining?

Overtraining, I didn’t imagine that I could or would do this to myself. However, in my eagerness to excel, I’ve managed to push myself to the point where I’ve started to grow weaker and pickup stupid injuries. It’s strange that the very thing that develops and strengthens, you can end up weakening you if you do it too much.

Recently, my body has struggled to achieve what it was able to sail through just a week ago. So I’ve decided to take two full days of rest, and miss Saturday’s makeup class, to help my body recover. Well, I guess one could call it resting. I still had all of the washing, cleaning and gardening to do. Nevertheless, I’m not do any weight-lifting, or Kuk Sool training that I’d normally do at home. Mind you, I’d trade the housework for Kuk Sool training any day!
