I feel like I’m on fire!
I enjoyed an awesome Kuk Sool training session last night. It started off with some crash mat work (where hurt my neck) and moved onto a relentless routine of forms, breakfalls, kicks, and hand strikes. I don’t know why, but it could be my approaching Black Belt testing, but I feel like I’m on fire when I’m training, and it’s a good feeling! I have so much energy, motivation and desire for my Black Belt, I feel like I can overcome anything.

You really stood out from the crowd last night Andy. Your hard training is paying off and you are really looking ready for your final black belt test.
I know you’ll give it your best. I look forward to seeing you promote to black belt in … ooooh, not many weeks now!
Thanks Jon, I’m actually starting to believe it now. I can feel myself getting really excited, I’m counting down the days.
